Once you find your name and passport number in the list:

1.If you want to use post, send your old/temporary passport (for cancellation purpose) /copy of birth certificate/copy of lost passport in case there is no passport and a self addressed (write your address in the recipient side of the envelope) postage paid envelope (preferably signature on delivery) to the Embassy. The Embassy will not be responsible for lost/undelivered post.

2. If you visit the Embassy, bring your old passport passport (for cancellation purpose).

3. If you send someone, send your old passport (for cancellation purpose) and an authorization letter to our email along with the receiver’s ID .

4. If you reside in a country other than Australia, organize a shipment (courier service) to dispatch your documents from the Embassy.

5. If you have already sent envelop, please  email us at (consular.canberra@mofa.gov.np ) with applicant details and current address for the delivery of your passport.
